Partner Involvement AMS Law Office, Ivanhoe AMS places its emphasis on partner involvement. Only qualified practitioners act on client intructions and are accountable for the outcome. Each partner maintains a close relationship with the firm's clients and is readily accessible. Expertise AMS has the knowledge and expertise to provide solutions in most areas of legal practice. If a problem requires specialised knowledge outside our range we have direct access to those experts, including Counsel, who may assist in providing a solution. Fees Our efficient size and structure enables us to be extremely cost competitive and our flexible fee arrangements extend to quotations, scale and fixed price costing. Generally, we charge the relevant scale for work undertaken and provide you with a detailed statement about the method of charging prior to undertaking a task. Client Visits We seek to achieve a close working relationship with our clients and believe that, by visiting a client's premises, that relationship is enhanced. We are able to provide this service on a regular or casual basis. If we understand your business and know your staff, we can better advise you if problems arise. Client Input We welcome client comments about how we manage their business. We prefer you to tell us if there is a problem so that we can either rectify it or resolve any misunderstanding which created the preception that there was in fact a problem. A good working relationship can only be achieved by free and open communication between our clients and our firm. |
